pure breed cocker spaniel to good home

me the wife and the kids have to move to a new house and cant take our dog with us as they wont allow pets in the new home so i was wondering if any of you guys would be interested in adopting our dog Harley.

he is a 2 year old male cocker spaniel pure breed he is chocolate brown with white spots on him he is akc registered and he is  a very loving dog he obeys to commands like sit, lay down, stay, and he high fives you. we never had any problems with him thats why i would like to give him to a good home.
we rescued him two years ago and has grown to be part of our family but unfortunately we cannot take him with us.
he is fixed and has the micro ship in case he is stolen you just have to re activate it i have all the documents that the previous owner gave us that will come with him.

i dont want any money for him i just want a loving family for him

where did you rescue him from?  i know that the pug rescue where we got one of ours will take dogs back no questions asked, if you're in a bind.

thanks it sucks we cant take him with us.
we got him off craigslist i think the previous owners used to beat him he was really skittish for the first couple of months that we had him he is fine now
